MDSOAB Surveys on Services for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Close December 14th

The Maine Developmental Services Oversight & Advisory Board (MDSOAB) is requesting public feedback to gain input on services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities​ (I/DD)​​; family members, siblings, guardians, correspondents, friends ​ and ​advocates​; ​and providers​ for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities,​ are encouraged to​ ​provide feedback by either attending one of the 2015 Public Feedback Forums (or) by completing an anonymous ​online ​survey that will be available through December 14, 2015.

The confidential surveys are part of the 2015 Public Feedback Forum Series co-developed by the Maine Developmental Services Oversight & Advisory Board ​and Volunteer Correspondent Program of Maine; the Maine Developmental Disabilities Council; Maine Parent Federation; Speaking Up for Us; and the University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies, with cooperation from the Maine Department of Health and Human Services Office of Aging and Disability Services.
