MDSOAB Surveys on Services for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Close December 14th
The Maine Developmental Services Oversight & Advisory Board (MDSOAB) is requesting public feedback to gain input on services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD); family members, siblings, guardians, correspondents, friends and advocates; and providers for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, are encouraged to provide feedback by either attending one of the 2015 Public Feedback Forums (or) by completing an anonymous online survey that will be available through December 14, 2015.

The confidential surveys are part of the 2015 Public Feedback Forum Series co-developed by the Maine Developmental Services Oversight & Advisory Board and Volunteer Correspondent Program of Maine; the Maine Developmental Disabilities Council; Maine Parent Federation; Speaking Up for Us; and the University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies, with cooperation from the Maine Department of Health and Human Services Office of Aging and Disability Services.
