A Portrait of Wellbeing: The Status of Seniors in Maine

The John T. Gorman Foundation has published a new report, A Portrait of Wellbeing: The Status of Seniors in Maine (PDF), complied by researchers at the University of New Hampshire’s Carsey School of Public Policy. The report provides an overview of the most recent data about economic, housing, and social indicators that are important to Maine seniors’ ability to successfully and safely age in place. Using U.S. Census data, the report describes how seniors in Maine are faring compared to seniors in other New England states and the nation as a whole.
