Public Listening Forums – Needs of Persons with Intellectual Disability or Autism

Maine Developmental Services Oversight and Advisory Board (MDSOAB) and the Maine Office of Aging and Disability Services will hold public listening forums to receive information from persons with intellectual disabilities or autism, their families, self-advocates, advocates, providers of services and the public to generate greater understanding of the strengths and needs of Maine’s system of support. The public listening forums are a place where you can tell us how you view concerns that affect the rights of persons eligible for Developmental Services on issues of health and safety, inclusion, identification and timely meeting of unmet needs, and effective and efficient delivery of services and supports.
