Access Now and Tomorrow’s Vision
Presentation presented at the Equity, Access and Inclusion: A World Usability Day Event at the University of Maine, Orono on November 8, 2018.
This session presents contemporary undesign and redesign principles to foster the goal of full access to higher education and career opportunity. We begin with the principles as they apply to today, seeking an understanding of our current approaches to meeting varied bodies. We then discuss a vision for a future in which embodied, behavioral, sensory and functional diversity fit seamlessly in all of our environments.
