Where are we (CCIDS) today? What progress can we celebrate?

I think CCIDS has the most knowledge across the systems about early intervention and quality inclusive education. Many have knowledge about some parts of the systems in Maine, but CCIDS staff understand the spectrum of the systems in Maine that serve young children.
