Linda running in the Beach to Beacon race in 2017.What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?

One of the things I love about being part of CCIDS is that no two days look the same.  I love that I have been supported in my role to work with others to create new projects, travel throughout the state, develop resources, participate in state and regional meetings and continue to learn.  Being a part of a network through our Association of University Centers on Disabilities is inspiring and provides a “ready” access to resources from around the country.  Early in my career, I tried working in a public school and while I love teaching children, I quickly learned that I fit better with an organization that provided me with flexibility, creativity and the chance to learn from others.
