November 2024 Maine APSE Conference in Bangor: Access to Good Jobs for All

The Maine Association of People Supporting People First (Maine-APSE) is hosting its conference, Access to Good Jobs for All (PDF) at the Bangor Hilton Garden on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 10 am to 3 pm EST. In collaboration with the Maine Departments of Labor; Education; and Health and Human Services; this in-person half-day event brings together professionals, state employees, advocates, and educators to learn about employment and resources that are available.  

A panel of people with disabilities in Maine will also share stories of their employment. The keynote speaker is Gina Oswald, Ph.D., NBC-HWC; from Cornell University’s Yang Tan Institute on Employment and Disability. Panel and presenters to be announced. 

The $30.00 conference registration fee includes lunch. Contact hours and CEU’s are available upon request. Space is limited to 150 people.
