Libby Stone-Sterling is Director of the Maine Department of Labor Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Prior to becoming director, she served as the assistant director for eight years where she led the agency’s efforts for transition-age youth. Libby holds a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
