• CAST (formerly the Center for Applied Special Technology) – A nonprofit education research and development organization that created the Universal Design for Learning framework and UDL Guidelines now used the world over to make learning more inclusive.
• Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, and Technology (DO-IT) Center – Based at the University of Washington, the DO-IT Center is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through technology and education.
• Maine CITE – A program of the Maine Department of Education, designed to help make assistive technology more available to Maine children, adults and seniors who need them.
• Planning Accessible Meetings and Conferences: A Suggested Checklist and Guide (2020) PDF – This accessibility checklist, developed by the University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies (ME UCEDD), in collaboration with people with disabilities, is designed to help any person, group, or organization plan a meeting or conference that is inclusive and welcoming for everyone.
