Reply to question: How have the IDS courses shaped your perspective of disability?
Over the course of taking the IDS courses here at the University of Maine, my perspective of disability has been drastically widened to the multiple means of injustices that happen everyday, even here on campus. Educating and speaking up for what is right, is the first step to making change that will benefit others to come.
